Found in the heart of San Juan where every other place is accessible by cars, jeepneys and buses, Arcel Residences stands quietly a few meters from the main thoroughfare of the city. Arcel Residences is an 8-storey mixed use building with 4 commercial units at the ground floor and 56 units for office and residential use in the upper floors. The 4th and 5th floors house 20 units that are available for short-term staycation. The 36 units in the upper floors are available for long-term leases. A two-storey parking spaces are available on the 2nd and 3rd floors where 50 cars can be parked.

We have 3-bedroom units, 2-bedroom units, and studio flats. All units have a balcony. The 2-BR and 3-BR units have 2 T&B. The staycation units are all essentially furnished.
